Which waist belt size should I choose?
If possible, we recommend selecting size M/L. Keep in mind that you may wear thicker jackets in winter, so opting for a larger size is advisable. Additionally, size M is more practical as it has an extra compartment for storing dog accessories or attaching a pouch.
Can I exchange the waist belt for a smaller/larger size?
Of course, as long as the belt is undamaged and shows no signs of use, you can exchange it for a different size at any time.
Can I choose a different color for the multipurpose belt?
Yes, for a small additional fee, we can make the belt in a different color. Please contact us to discuss your preferred color.
Can I wash the dog water bottle in the dishwasher?
The dog water bottle is dishwasher-safe, but we recommend avoiding high temperatures above 60°C.
Can the elastic inside the leash tear or overstretch?
All elastics in our elastic bungee leashes are sewn with double safety stitching. Even at maximum extension, the elastic does not stretch to 100%, preventing overstretching or tearing.
How much does the leash stretch?
- 1.45m - 2m: The base length is 1.45m and extends up to 2m.
- 1.80m - 3m: The base length is 1.8m and extends up to 3m.
What is aerospace aluminum?
Aerospace aluminum, or Duralumin, is an alloy of aluminum, copper, magnesium, and manganese. It is lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant, making it widely used in the aviation industry.

Does your leash cut into the hand if the dog pulls strongly?
Thanks to its tubular polyester design, our webbing is slightly thicker (about 2mm) and more tightly woven than standard ones, ensuring it does not cut into the hand.
What if the FIDLOCK® magnetic buckle on the belt demagnetizes?
According to data and assurances from the German company FIDLOCK®, this should not happen unless the buckle is exposed to high temperatures for an extended period (e.g., washing at over 60°C). Saltwater is not a problem, but we recommend rinsing the belt with fresh water after exposure.
Is the Flexi leash suitable for daily walks?
Yes, a Flexi leash is great for everyday walks, especially in areas where dogs must remain leashed but still need some freedom to explore. However, it is not suitable for leash training, as the leash always remains under tension.
Can I order the Flexi Neon L in another color?
Unfortunately, the Neon L size is only available in neon yellow. The Flexi Neon M size comes in five different colors: neon yellow, pink, green, blue, and orange, all of which are usually in stock.
Can I order the Flexi New Classic in another color, such as pink, red, or blue?
Yes, but please contact us to place a special order for a different color.
Can I order the Flexi Neon S or M with a cord instead of a tape?
We do not recommend using a Flexi leash with a cord, as it can be dangerous in sudden pulls or unexpected interactions with other dogs or people.
What is the difference between the Flexi Giant L and the Flexi New Classic L?
The Flexi Giant L is about 200g heavier, more durable, and has external tape retraction, meaning the tape is visible. The Flexi New Classic L, on the other hand, has internal tape retraction. Additionally, the Giant L has a highly visible neon yellow tape, whereas the Classic L has a black tape.
Can I attach the largest Flexi Giant XL to the multipurpose holder?
According to customer feedback, the holder can comfortably accommodate even the largest Flexi Giant XL, though it was initially designed for carrying the Puller toy.
Is the collapsible bowl suitable for feeding dogs?
Yes, the collapsible bowl can be used for both water and food, making it ideal for travel and outdoor adventures.
Can I choose a different color for the collapsible water bowl?
Yes, for a small additional fee, we can make the bowl in another color. Please contact us for details.
Can I order a Conor’s Adventure cap in another color?
No, currently, the cap is only available in black, as it is a signature item of the Conor's Adventure brand.
Since the Bende toy is made of fabric, does it tear easily?
Bende is made of Nylcot, a highly durable material used for professional bite suits in dog sports. However, it is not suitable for unsupervised play.
Since the CUFA toy is made of fabric, does it tear easily?
CUFA is primarily designed for puppies and small dogs. It is made of fleece and cannot withstand strong, repeated bites.
I want to gift a Conor's Adventure gift voucher in a different amount than those available. What should I do?
No problem! You can purchase a gift voucher for any amount. Please contact us to arrange this.
How long is the gift voucher valid?
Standard validity is one year, but we are generally flexible with expiration dates. :)
What size Liker Cord ball should I choose?
The ball size depends on your dog's size and mouth. For larger dogs (e.g., German Shepherds, Dobermans, Cane Corsos), the Liker Cord 9 is ideal. For medium and small dogs, the Liker Cord 7 is suitable. Ensure you do not choose a ball that is too small for a large dog, as it could be swallowed!
Can I order the Liker Cord ball in size 5?
Yes, but please contact us to place a special order for the smaller size.
Is the FIDLOCK® magnetic buckle safe?
The magnetic function only assists in closing the collar; the magnet itself does not bear the weight. It has been tested to withstand at least 140 kg.
Can I exchange the collar for a different size?
Yes, if it is undamaged and unused. If the collar is too large, we can resize it instead of replacing it.
Is the SAR K9 collar only for professional use?
Yes, because the buckle can open under tension, making it unsuitable for everyday walks.
Is the reflective Glow in the Dark add-on suitable for any collar?
Yes, as long as the collar is a maximum of 25/40mm wide.
Does the add-on contain toxic chemicals?
No, but ingestion should be avoided.
Can I attach the Glow in the Dark add-on to a leash?
Yes, it fits leashes that are 25mm wide.
