PAYMENT OPTIONS
Conor's Adventure online store offers the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (COD), which includes an additional fee of €1.00.
- Payment via debit/credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Diners.
- Payment via PayPal.
- Payment via bank transfer (UPN form) to the company’s account.
- Cash payment at the company’s headquarters (ConorsAdventure, Pija Vrezner s.p., Gradišče pri Divači 3a, 6215 Divača).
German bank account?
ConorsAdventure, Pija Vrezner s.p. operates its business account with the online German bank N26 for business reasons. This decision was made due to the ease of transactions with the mentioned online bank.
Are there any extra fees for transferring money to a German account when paying by bank transfer?
According to EU regulations regarding payments and transfers within the EU, which you can read more about here, payments to the company’s German account are treated the same as payments to a Slovenian account. This means that your Slovenian bank should not charge you any additional fees when making a bank transfer.

DELIVERY
ConorsAdventure, Pija Vrezner s.p. has a partnership agreement with Pošta Slovenije for shipping.
When should you place an order to receive your package as soon as possible?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day if paid via cash on delivery, card payment, or PayPal. Orders paid via bank transfer are shipped as soon as the payment is received. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Pošta Slovenije handles the delivery, usually within 1–3 business days. However, if the order is placed before 12:00 PM, it should, in most cases, arrive the next day.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone and arrange an estimated delivery time.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postman should leave a notice for you to pick up the package at your local post office. The package will be held at the post office for 15 days.
What are the delivery costs, and why is there an additional €1 charge for cash on delivery?
Packaging and delivery costs €3.90. Shipping is free for orders over €60. However, if you choose cash on delivery, an additional €1 is required due to the extra costs charged by Pošta Slovenije.
Why do you need my phone number for delivery?
Once your order is successfully placed, we aim to ship it the same or next business day. You will receive an email notification, and if you provided a phone number, Pošta Slovenije will send you an SMS with tracking details.
Pošta Slovenije strives to deliver all orders on time. However, unexpected delays due to weather or traffic conditions may occur. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can collect your order in person at ConorsAdventure, Pija Vrezner s.p., Gradišče pri Divači 3a, 6215 Divača. Pickup is available every day, including weekends, but please arrange your visit in advance by calling 040 626 056.
Personal pickup is completely free, meaning you do not have to pay the €3.90 shipping fee.
RETURNS
Can I return an item?
According to the Consumer Protection Act (Article 43c), you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. You must notify us by phone or email (pija@conorsadventure.com), and the return date will be counted from the moment you hand the package over for return.
While you are not required to provide a reason for the return, we kindly ask you to fill out the return form available at this link.

The only cost to the customer for returning an item is the return shipping fee.
What if the item is damaged?
Returns are not possible if the item is damaged due to negligence or improper use. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer must return the product undamaged and in its original quantity unless it was damaged, defective, lost, or reduced in quantity through no fault of the customer.
The customer may inspect and test the item to the extent necessary to determine its condition but should not use it extensively before returning it.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return notification. The customer must return the product along with the original invoice and provide personal details and a bank account number for the refund.
