25mm MAGNETIC DOG COLLAR
The Conor's Adventure 25mm dog collar is suitable for all dog breeds.
It is made from a 25mm wide polyester strap, featuring a lightweight aluminum D-ring for attaching a leash and a FIDLOCK® magnetic buckle. All Conor's Adventure collars are stitched with safety seams, similar to those used in mountaineering and military equipment.
Polyester strap withstands high loads, is resistant to mechanical damage and UV light. Although it becomes damp upon contact with water, the material (polyester) does not absorb water, which means it dries quickly. The collar will not elongate under load, thanks to the 2mm strap thickness and the fact that polyester is considerably less elastic compared to other materials.

D-ring for attaching the leash is made from aviation aluminum, withstands high loads, is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The manufacturer guarantees that the 25mm D-ring can withstand 345 kg of static load; we have tested it up to 140 kg and it passed the test without damage.
Magnetic buckle FIDLOCK® for fastening the collar is made from high-quality plastic and stainless steel (INOX). It incorporates a magnet for simple fastening. With the help of a convenient loop, the collar can be easily unclipped. The buckle is designed so that it does not come undone under load. It can also be additionally secured with a safety catch to prevent accidental release.
The manufacturer guarantees that the magnetic buckle can withstand 70 kg of static load; however, we tested it at 140 kg and it withstood the load without damage.

Add-on
Personalized 25mm Patch
When ordering the 25mm collar, you can personalize it with your dog's name. The patch can display the dog's name, a telephone number* or any other information. You can choose from various colors and backgrounds for the patch.
The patch consists of two parts: hook (rough) and loop (soft). Upon ordering, the hook is sewn onto the name area and the loop is sewn onto the collar, and can also be attached to a 25mm wide leash (flip or classic). This patch can be used wherever a loop is pre-installed.
NOTE*
In cases where we produce a patch for a very small dog with a correspondingly small neck circumference, the length of the patch is limited due to spatial constraints on the collar.

Add-on
25mm Handle
The handle for the 25mm collar is designed for quick grasping of your dog in various situations. It is especially practical for long-haired breeds, where the collar is hidden beneath the fur. For larger breeds, it is also suitable for holding the dog while walking alongside you. It is extremely popular among rescue dog handlers.
It is made from a polyester strap that is resistant to mechanical damage and UV light. The material is soft and non-abrasive. It is available for all 25mm magnetic collars in all colors. Color combinations are also possible (e.g. a black collar with a blue handle).
Handle dimensions*:
- Length 8 cm, width 1.4 cm (for sizes M, L, XL).
- Length 6 cm, width 1.4 cm (for size S).
NOTE*
In cases where we produce a collar with a handle for a very small dog with a small neck circumference, the handle is limited due to spatial constraints on the collar or may not be possible at all.

COLLAR SIZE
We measure a dog's neck using a measuring tape. We generally advise measuring the neck circumference as closely as possible, as slight discrepancies may occur with smaller sizes. All our collars are adjustable.
- XS 25 cm – 36 cm (made to order)
- S 33 cm – 43 cm
- M 41 cm – 51 cm
- L 48 cm – 58 cm
- XL 56 cm – 66 cm (made to order)
HANDLE: For smaller collars with a handle, the length adjustment is somewhat limited. The following collar sizes apply:
- S 36 cm – 43 cm (handle width 6 cm)
- M 43 cm – 51 cm (handle width 8 cm)
- L 48 cm – 58 cm (handle width 8 cm)
- XL 56 cm – 66 cm (handle width 8 cm - made to order)
After ordering, we can adjust the size of any collar as well as the handle.
PATCH: For smaller collars with a patch (if the patch length is 12 cm), the length adjustment is somewhat limited. The following collar sizes apply:

CARE
Wash the collar with lukewarm water, gently scrub it with a soft brush if needed, and dry it in the shade.
FAQ
FIDLOCK® Magnetic Buckle … but is it safe?
This is a perfectly logical question. Many people, when they see it in practice for the first time, think the same. You may ask, is my dog's safety dependent on the magnet? The magnet’s function is merely to “assist” in closing the collar. The magnet DOES NOT hold the collar.
To see how much weight the buckle actually withstands in practice, please read the blog post (How much weight can the carabiner on the leash and the buckle on the collar withstand?) and convince yourself that any worry is unnecessary. In the static endurance test, it withstood at least 140 kg (after which we ran out of weights).
What if the FIDLOCK® buckle on the collar loses its magnetism?
According to the data and assurances of the German company FIDLOCK®, this should not happen—unless you expose the buckle to high temperatures for an extended period (such as washing in a machine at over 60°C). Even salt water, according to their data and testing, is not problematic. Nevertheless, it is absolutely recommended that, in case of contact with salt water, the entire collar or buckle is rinsed with fresh water.
What about exchanging the collar for a smaller or larger size?
If the collar is not damaged and shows no signs of wear, we will exchange it at any time for a larger or smaller size.
Also, if you happen to purchase a collar and later realize that it might be too large, we will reduce its size (not exchange it!!) without any problem. As you know, a kind word goes a long way :)
What is aviation aluminum?
Aviation aluminum, or duralumin, is an alloy of aluminum, copper, magnesium, and manganese. The alloy is lightweight, strong, and resistant to corrosion. Duralumin is very hard, which is why it is also used in the aerospace industry.
