INFINITY HARNESS – LONG 40mm
The Conor’s Adventure Infinity Long 40mm is an extended version of the Infinity Standard harness. It includes all the features of the Standard model and is designed for
larger dogs. Suitable for both professional and recreational use. Its modular design, including various add-ons, allows for a wide range of applications.
It was developed in collaboration with one of the best orthopedic specialists in Slovenia – veterinarian Dr. Marko Novak, with the goal of ensuring minimal restriction while maintaining high comfort for the dog and ease of use for the handler.
The extension attaches to the Standard harness using aluminum components distributed across the back and belly. This transforms the 4-point harness into a 6-point harness,
which is popular among dog owners whose pets can slip out of traditional 4-point designs. The 40mm harness extension includes an additional handle on the back, which can be folded away using a magnet.
This is especially useful when lifting the dog over obstacles with both hands.
INTERCHANGEABLE CHEST SUPPORT
Depending on your intended use and your dog’s chest width, you can choose between two chest supports: NARROW and WIDE.
The narrow chest support is ideal for activities that require free movement of the shoulder joints or for dogs with a narrower chest.
The wider chest part is a great choice for protection training, professional work, or dogs with a broader chest. Use the sizing chart to help choose the right one.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE STRAPS
The harness can be adjusted in four different areas using extendable/retractable straps.
In addition to standard adjustments at the shoulders and (on the sides) at the ribs, many users will appreciate the option of adjusting the chest support – a unique feature of this harness.
This prevents chafing under the armpits and allows maximum freedom of movement.
ONLY THE BEST MATERIALS
Like all Conor’s Adventure products, the Infinity harness is made of premium materials suitable for military and mountaineering use, and is reinforced with safety stitching.
Its outer layer is made of durable and scratch-resistant CORDURA®, while the interior features breathable and soft polyamide mesh. The straps are made of highly resistant polyamide, and the side closures use Fidlock® magnetic buckles.
All load-bearing components – D-rings and buckles on the shoulders and chest – are made from aircraft-grade aluminum, which withstands high loads and is corrosion-resistant. The handle and add-on loops are reinforced with Hyplon® synthetic rubber.
The standard version of the harness comes with Velcro already attached, but it can also be ordered without – in that case, please contact us.
BUCKLES
The Infinity Long harness features 6 buckles that secure it to the dog.
On the side straps, you’ll find FIDLOCK® magnetic buckles, made from high-quality plastic and stainless steel (INOX). The integrated magnet assists with easy fastening. The buckle is designed in such a way that it cannot be opened under load.
The harness can also be opened at the shoulders, which is a great solution for dogs that are afraid of having the harness pulled over their head. For this, two aircraft-grade aluminum buckles are provided – easy to use and securely closed even under tension.
D-RINGS AND HANDLE
The Long version of the harness features two 40mm D-rings and one 25mm D-ring on the back – all made from aircraft-grade aluminum.
The manufacturer guarantees that the 40mm D-ring holds up to 225 kg of static load, and the 25mm D-ring up to 345 kg. There is also an additional 25mm D-ring on the narrow chest section, designed for front leash attachment, which offers better control when pulling.
The back also includes a handle placed across the top for easy grabbing. It is covered with Hypalon® synthetic rubber to ensure a better grip. As mentioned, the Infinity Long 40mm also has an extra handle on the extension part, which can be stored away using a magnet.
WHAT ELSE CAN IT DO? - ADD-ONS
All Conor's Adventure Infinity harnesses are designed with the option to add various accessories.
As already mentioned, the Infinity is the world's first modular harness, meaning you don't have to buy different harnesses.
The Long version can easily be upgraded into a canicross harness.
Canicross Add-On
The canicross add-on is attached to the harness using aluminum components. Two clips (small carabiners) are connected to the back section (left and right),
while two aluminum parts are attached to the belly straps, which are placed “at an angle.”
With the canicross add-on, it is especially important that the pulling forces are distributed differently (directed more backwards),
which helps prevent the dog from being restricted while running or pulling.
The extension is properly attached to the harness when it aligns almost in a straight line with the leash (see video or image).
WARNING: To use the canicross add-on, the extension must be removed from the harness.
The canicross add-on is NOT USED with the extension but only with the STANDARD (short) harness.
Personalized Patches
Personalized Patch 40mm
When ordering the Conor's Adventure Infinity – Long harness, you can personalize it with your dog’s name.
The patch can include the dog’s name, your phone number, or anything else. You can choose from different patch colors and backgrounds.
The patch consists of two parts: hook (rough) and loop (soft). The hook part is sewn onto the patch and the loop part onto the harness.
You can use the patch anywhere Velcro (loop) is already installed.

Reflective Add-Ons
The Conor's Adventure Infinity harness intentionally does not include fixed reflectors, as we found through a survey with our followers and customers that
many prefer the option of removable reflective add-ons.
The reflectors are made from CYFLECT® HONEYCOMB glow-in-the-dark tape that absorbs light and emits a greenish glow in the dark.
The tape glows for about 10 minutes before needing to be “recharged.” You can do this by briefly exposing it to light (from a flashlight or phone).
When lit by car headlights, the tape acts as a highly visible reflector seen from at least 200 meters away.
The set includes six reflectors: 4 for the front part of the harness (2 wide and 2 narrow on the shoulders) and 2 larger ones for the back sides.
FAQ
Is the harness suitable for car travel?
Our harness is not certified for car travel, as this would require every single component to be tested and certified to withstand a variety of forces.
In principle, it can be used in the car to keep your dog secured on the back seat, but we still recommend transporting your dog in a crate specifically designed for car travel in the trunk.
FIDLOCK® magnetic buckle… but is it safe?
A perfectly reasonable question. Many people wonder the same when they see it for the first time. Is my dog’s safety really dependent on a magnet?
The magnet’s function is only to “assist” with closing the collar. The magnet does NOT hold the collar together. If you're wondering how strong the buckle actually is,

and see for yourself that there's no need to worry. In a static load test, it withstood at least 140 kg (we ran out of weights after that).
What if the FIDLOCK® buckle loses its magnetism?
According to the data and guarantees from the German company FIDLOCK®, this should not happen—unless the buckle is exposed to high temperatures for an extended period
(e.g. washing at over 60°C). Their testing also confirmed that salt water is not a problem. Nevertheless, we highly recommend rinsing the harness or buckle with fresh water if it comes into contact with salt water.
What is aircraft-grade aluminum?
Aircraft aluminum or duralumin is an alloy made of aluminum, copper, magnesium, and manganese. It is lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant.
Duralumin is extremely hard, which is why it is also used in the aviation industry.
