The Conor's Adventure Infinity modular harness, 40 mm wide, is designed for larger dog breeds. It is suitable for both professional and recreational use.
Thanks to its modular design and a variety of compatible add-ons, the harness offers a wide range of applications. It can easily be used for walking or hiking, and even for canicross or bikejoring. The use of premium materials ensures it can withstand even the most demanding protection training or other professional tasks (e.g. military, police).
The harness was developed in collaboration with one of Slovenia’s leading orthopedic veterinarians, Dr. Marko Novak, with the goal of achieving minimal restriction while maintaining high comfort for the dog and functionality for the handler.
Each harness can be individually adjusted to suit the dog and handler’s needs.
Depending on the intended use of the harness and the width of the dog's chest, you can choose between two chest pads: NARROW or WIDE.
The narrow chest pad is ideal for activities where the dog needs maximum freedom of movement in the shoulder area or for dogs with a narrower chest.
The wide chest pad is a great choice for protection training, professional work, or dogs with a broader chest. For easier selection, refer to our sizing table.
The harness can be adjusted in three different areas using extension/shortening straps.
In addition to the standard adjustments on the shoulders and sides (ribs), many users will appreciate the option to extend the chest pad area – a unique feature of this harness. This prevents rubbing under the armpits and ensures maximum freedom of movement.
Just like all Conor’s Adventure products, the Infinity harness is made from high-quality materials suitable for military and alpine use, and reinforced with safety stitching.
The outer layer is made from durable, scratch-resistant CORDURA®, while the inner lining is composed of breathable, soft polyamide mesh. The straps are made from highly resistant polyamide, and the sides are fastened with FIDLOCK® magnetic buckles.
All weight-bearing components – the D-rings and buckles on the shoulders and chest – are made from aircraft-grade aluminum, capable of withstanding high loads and resistant to corrosion. The handle and accessory loops are reinforced with Hypalon® synthetic rubber.
The standard version of the harness comes with Velcro areas pre-installed, but you can also order it without them – in that case, please contact us.
The Standard version of the harness features 4 buckles to secure it onto your dog.
On the side straps, you'll find FIDLOCK® magnetic buckles made from high-quality plastic and stainless steel (INOX). These contain an integrated magnet that simplifies the closing process. The buckle is designed so that it cannot be opened under tension.
The harness can also be opened at the shoulders, which is a great solution for dogs that are afraid of having a harness slipped over their head. For this purpose, two aircraft-grade aluminum buckles are available, easy to use and remain securely closed even under pressure.
The harness features two 40mm D-rings made from aircraft-grade aluminum on the back section.
The manufacturer guarantees that the 40mm D-ring can withstand a static load of up to 225 kg. Additionally, there is a 25mm D-ring on the narrow chest pad, designed for attaching the leash from the front. This provides better control when your dog is pulling.
The harness also includes a handle on the back, positioned horizontally for easy grip. It is covered with Hypalon® synthetic rubber to ensure a secure hold.
All Conor's Adventure Infinity – Standard (short) harnesses are designed to support various add-ons. As mentioned earlier, Infinity is the world's first modular dog harness, which means you don't need to buy multiple harnesses. You can easily upgrade the basic (Standard) version into an extended or canicross harness.
The extension attaches to the Standard harness with aluminum components positioned along the back and belly. This way, a 4-point harness becomes a 6-point harness, which is especially popular among owners of dogs who tend to escape from a standard 4-point harness.
The extension for the 40mm harness includes an additional handle (which folds in with a magnet). This is very handy when you need to lift your dog over an obstacle with both hands.
NOTE: The running add-on must be removed before attaching the extension.
The running add-on also attaches to the Standard harness using aluminum components. Two clips (carabiners) attach to the left and right on the back, while the aluminum components on the belly attach to straps set at a specific “angle.”
It is especially important that pulling forces are distributed differently with the running add-on (directed more to the rear), ensuring the dog is not restricted during running or pulling. The extension is properly attached when the harness and leash form an almost straight line (see video or image).
NOTE: The running add-on is not used with the extension, only with the STANDARD harness.
Personalised Patch 40mm
When ordering the Conor's Adventure Infinity – Standard harness, you can personalise it with your dog's name. We can include the dog’s name, your phone number, or anything else. You can choose from different patch colours and backgrounds.
The patch consists of two parts: hook (rough side) and loop (soft side). The hook is sewn onto the patch and the loop is sewn onto the harness. You can use this patch anywhere where Velcro (loop) is pre-installed.

The Conor's Adventure Infinity harness intentionally does not include built-in reflectors, as we found in a survey that most users prefer the option of removable reflectors.
The reflectors are made from CYFLECT® HONEYCOMB glow-in-the-dark reflective tape that absorbs light and emits a green glow in the dark. The strip glows for about 10 minutes before needing to be "recharged" with a light source (e.g., flashlight or phone light).
When illuminated (e.g., by car headlights), it acts as a high-intensity reflector visible from at least 200m.
The set includes six reflectors: four for the front part of the harness (on the shoulders: 2 wide and 2 narrow), and two larger ones for the rear sides.
To choose the correct size of the harness, we need three measurements of your dog: the neck circumference (measured lower than for a collar), the girth around the widest part of the chest, and the chest length (see video). Use a measuring tape or a string. If you're unsure about the size or need assistance – contact us, and we’ll be happy to help :)
Wash the harness with lukewarm water, scrub gently with a soft brush if needed, and let it air dry in the shade. Your dog can wear the harness in water without any issues. After swimming in saltwater, we strongly recommend rinsing the harness thoroughly. The harness can also be machine washed, but only at a temperature of up to 40 °C. To avoid potential damage to the harness or washing machine, we recommend placing it in a laundry bag before washing.
A perfectly reasonable question. Many people, when seeing it in action for the first time, think the same thing: is my dog's safety really dependent on a magnet? The magnet only helps to guide the buckle when closing the collar. The magnet itself does NOT hold the collar closed. If you’re wondering how strong the buckle really is, check out our blog post (How much weight can a leash clip and collar buckle withstand?) and rest assured – there's nothing to worry about. In a static load test, it held up to 140 kg (we actually ran out of weights).
Our harness is not certified for use in car travel, as such certification would require every component to be individually tested for extreme forces. In general, it can be used in the car to secure your dog on the back seat, but we still recommend transporting your dog in a dedicated crate in the trunk.
According to the data and guarantees from the German company FIDLOCK®, this should not happen – unless the buckle is exposed to high temperatures over time (e.g. washing it at over 60°C). Even salt water is not an issue based on their testing. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend rinsing the harness and buckle with fresh water after any contact with salt water.
Aircraft aluminum, also known as Duralumin, is an alloy composed of aluminum, copper, magnesium, and manganese.
The alloy is lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant. Duralumin is very hard, which is why it is also used in the aerospace industry.
